Father Son Golf Tournament

This past weekend my dad and I played in the 49th Annual Arizona Golf Association Father Son Golf Tournament in Prescott, Arizona. On Friday we scouted some potential camping sites around the Prescott area before a round of golf and dinner with friends at Talking Rock Golf Club. Saturday morning was more scouting, a trip to Jerome and wasting time until our late afternoon tee time. On a windy afternoon we managed to shoot 76 and were in second place in our division going into the final round on Sunday. On Sunday we got off to a hot start but cooled off to shoot 78 and finish in third place. It has been over 10 years since we have been able to play in a father son tournament so it was a fun to spend some time together. We both look forward to taking Joshua next year. Posted by Gary.
